I’m thinking about using Legacybox to preserve some old family tapes, but I’m curious if the service is reliable and if the digital copies turn out well. Any experiences?

Yeah, I used Legacybox to convert some old VHS tapes to digital. The process was super easy – just sent in the tapes and they did everything for me. The videos turned out pretty good, but it took about 3 weeks to get them back. Overall, I think it was worth it, especially for the convenience.

I’d say yes! Legacybox does a solid job of converting old tapes to digital. The quality was better than I expected, and the files were easy to download. The only downside was that it took a little longer than I thought, but the results were good.

I’ve tried a few other services, and Legacybox is definitely one of the better ones. They’re easy to use, and the digital files came out clear. Some other services I’ve tried had issues with file quality or took too long. Legacybox is simple and reliable, so I’d recommend it.

It took about 3 weeks for me to get my tapes back, which was a bit longer than I expected. But they did keep me updated throughout the process, which was nice. It wasn’t super fast, but it was fine considering the quality of the final product.

It’s a little expensive, but I think it’s worth it. The service is easy, and I didn’t have to do anything. The videos came back good quality, so if you want something simple, it’s a good choice.
